The damage to his prefrontal cortex starts immediately and compounds with every subsequent use. Baraka from Eastleigh made this exact choice in Form 2. She smells it on her sometimes. Dangerous silence: Sifa is showing signs of cannabis addiction and possible early psychosis. "Her choice" stops being a personal matter when someone's brain is being permanently damaged.
